Pam Palmer Williams

Pam Palmer Williams may be a newcomer to the real estate business, but she is certainly no newcomer when it comes to great service. After spending 15 years in customer service and retail sales, she decided to venture into real estate to apply her wealth of experience in an industry she’d always admired.
What she most loves about being an agent is being able to use her experience to show customers the benefits of owning their own home. She purchased a home three years ago, and she uses that experience in helping her own clients.
Pam believes it takes dedication and good training to excel in the industry but emphasizes an agent’s real estate education is continuous, as the industry is always changing. She also believes that the ability to listen is of utmost importance in dealing with clients and that it is necessary to apply every available resource to meet their needs. Her personal philosophy is “Life is by choice not by force” and that people must work hard to gain the knowledge to succeed.
A Mid-South native, Pam lived in Atlanta, Ga., for six years where she was subcontractor of a cleaning service with her late husband. She’s been back home in Memphis for almost 10 years. When asked about what she loves about being back in the Mid-South, she cites the weather and shopping, but most important to her is the proximity to her family. Pam loves being able to have dinner every weekend with her mother and extended family, and she is thrilled to have her sons back in Memphis with her.
In her six years as an Avon consultant, Pam has honed her skills at training others to sell. She loves decorating, working in her garden and traveling. Food also is a passion, and she enjoys cooking and grilling for the family and sampling new types of food. In addition, Pam likes to spend time with her sons Marcus, Mario, Martez and Myles and training Frank, her pug.
