A Gunnison, Miss., native, Bill Yarbrough first moved to the Memphis area in 1950 and considers it his hometown. He later lived and worked throughout various parts of the country before moving back to the Memphis in 1992. He has lived in Collierville since 2000.
Bill’s earlier career was spent with the Iron Workers Union, of which he was a member for 22 years. He joined Weichert, REALTORS® - Chapman & Associates in 2007 and also currently owns a chandelier business in which he sells high-end European chandeliers.
Bill may have spent much of his career outside the real estate industry, but during that time, he was cultivating the characteristics that make for a great agent. His previous work was all about building connections, and that focus remains unchanged. Bill understands the importance of making the right connection – whether it’s the right home for the buyer he represents or the right buyer for his seller’s home. His ultimate goal is to assist his clients in taking on one of the largest investments they’ll ever make – their dream home – and help make the buying experience as smooth as possible.
Working throughout the country, Bill experienced the real estate markets in a variety of locations first-hand. He credits his various experiences as one of his greatest strengths – adaptability – and prides himself on his ability to connect and empathize with his clients. In addition, owning a chandelier business taught him the art of visual presentation, a true asset in preparing his clients’ homes to go on the market.
Through the vigorous training that Weichert offers and his Quality Service Certification he received through Quality Service Certified, Inc. he has developed all the right skills and knowledge to give supreme service. He is a member of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®.
