Larry B. Ohrberg

Larry Ohrberg has an infectious enthusiasm for real estate. A Memphis resident since 1985,

he enjoys getting his buyers the best property at the best value and getting his sellers the most

for their property in the shortest amount of time. And his marketing experience and education

help him be a reliable counselor to clients, prepping homes to be market-ready and educating

buyers and sellers about the process. Larry believes strongly that referrals make an agent

successful. And strong community involvement leads to those referrals. He has been deeply

involved with barbecue competitions for the past 10 years, specifically serving as a contest

representative for Memphis In May competitions and by serving as chairman of the judging

committee for Memphis In May’s World Champion Barbecue Cooking Contest in 2006 and in

2000. He also is a communicant at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Memphis. A husband, father

of three, and grandfather to five. Larry’s hobbies include woodworking, photography, cooking

and computer graphics.

SRS (Seller Representative Specialist)

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS ) designation is a professional designation

from the SRS Council . Focusing on the special skills listing agents need to represent

their seller clients and work with cooperating agents.

QSC (Quality Service Certified)

Quality Service Certification, Inc. is the premier advocate of consumer-oriented

quality service in the real estate industry today. The Quality Service Certification

program was created to offer greater value for the home buyer or seller by providing

consistent, reliable, accountable and responsive service for every real estate transaction

Certified New Home Specialist

The Certified New Home Specialist designation is awarded by the Real Estate

BUYER’S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors

to agents who meet specified educational criteria. Agents with this designation are trained

to assist and advise clients through the entire process of building a new home.
