What is a Referral Associate? A person with a current real estate license who does not actively list or sell properties but maintains a license through Weichert Referral Associates Company. BENEFITS: As a referral associate you can generate a stream of income by staying aware of the real estate needs of your friends, family and neighbors. When someone you know needs a real state agent to sell their home or begin looking for a new one, you offer to refer them to an agent who will assist them with their real estate needs.
