Broker Assistant

Jessica Dawkins, a native of Cleveland, Miss., joined Weichert, REALTORS^® – Chapman & Associates in August 2008 as a broker’s assistant. Prior to joining Weichert, she was a student at Delta State University in Cleveland and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in insurance and real estate.

After her first semester at Delta State, Jessica knew real estate was the career for her. Through her four years of studies, Jessica gained a great understanding of the industry as a whole, and she’s dedicated to continuing to expand her knowledge of real estate and the Mid-South market. She moved to the Memphis area to begin her career and currently resides in Collierville.

In her role at Weichert, Jessica assists the broker and Weichert’s agents in day-to-day activities. Her duties include submitting requests for Just Listed cards, auditing listing files, creating and maintaining Weichert’s listings in the Multiple Listing Service, introducing Weichert to new sellers via e-mail and phone, updating the status of properties and following contracts from beginning to closing to ensure all files are up-to-date.
